Moon Elf - The 5th Clan of Elves
The 5th Clan of Elves are the DoT representation of the Moon Elf. Commoners may refer to 5th Clan members as Moon Elves but they have the intelligence of an Ice Kank if they talk that way.
A Moon Elf is a social construct used by society to identify who people are, where they fit in and how they are to be treated. Over the years, many 5th Clan elves have left New Cliff. There is no telling what could have happened out there so this leaves flexibility for nearly any storyline or background that players may come up with outside of 5th Clan culture. Players that choose a Moon Elf do not need to be from New Cliff, perhaps they were raised by humans as an orphan.
The 5th Clan of Elves are lead by the Elf Master Kioko.
Like the 1st Clan Elves, the 5th Clan Elves are going to be very distant with the people of the Material Plane. 5th Clan Elves are not friendly or warm at all. 5th Clans Elves rarely show any emotion of any kind at all, even if they are very happy or pleased, or frightened.
5th Clan Elves are known for their Martial Arts prowess and their skill with Exotic Weapons. They are proficient with the Katana, Kukri, Shureiken and Bow.
