All of the default NWN2 built-in crafting is enabled and being tested. A level 13 mage made a +8 belt of strength this way the other day and sold it for about 70K. A huge variety of epic items like that can be made using the crafting system that is built-in!

 

For more information you can turn to the instructions in-game by selecting the Craft Alchemy skill on the Character Sheet and reading the lengthy description carefully. Repeat for all crafting skills this way.
